The Ministry of Finance welcomes the publication of the KPI progress report by the State Fiscal Service on the SFS’ official website.
What’s it about?
Last year, Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danyliuk set concrete objectives for the State Fiscal Service aimed to generate a tangible positive effect for business. That was the start of the reform of the State Fiscal Service. The Ministry of Finance expects this performance report to be published regularly from now on in line with the Minister’s order setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SFS.
The КРІs had been elaborated jointly with experts, the Research Institute for Fiscal Policy and the Institute for Tax Reforms. The KPIs were also subject to a public discussion organized by the Ministry of Finance.
What’s the benefit?
The KPIs serve as an indicator for the progress of the reforms at the SFS and determine objectives regarding operation improvement in the key areas of responsibility of the SFS including audit, collection of debts, appeals, customs clearance, services for taxpayers etc.
What comes next?
The Ministry of Finance will be thoroughly analyzing the KPI reports and will continue to improve the KPIs engaging all interested parties.
